Show and Tell - Making Things Smart Sep 18th, 6:30 PM - 9 PM Learn about how leveraging microcontrolers and single board computers can enable smart devices, such as a temprature controlled smoker.  This will cover the emerging area of Internetof Things ICON Credit Union - Community Room
Show and Tell - 3D Printing - from Idea to Object Oct 22nd,
5 PM - 7:30  PM
We will cover the basics of 3D printing including printer types, materials and the work flow it takes to produce your final object.  Where is this used and can your parts be used in final form or are there other processes required.

See some machines working as well as the tools used to make the process work.  Time will be allowed for Q&A.

Introduction to Arduino Oct 23rd and Oct 30th, 6:30 PM - 9 PM This is a beginners course designed to introduce you to microcotrollers and the programming to support them.  Learn about loading schetches, how digital input, output, analogue input, output works.  This will be a prerequiste class to others in our arduino series.  Requirements that you have your own laptop.  A meterial cost will be there unless you have all the compents used in class in your collection already.  TDB
